Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The LABOTRANS project seeks to assess the pedagogical and educational potential of gamified, immersive and argumentative transmedia resources, as a multidisciplinary ICT tool for educational innovation focused on the student, stimulating autonomous learning and transversal skills (soft skills) for the employment of university graduates disabled and without access to the labor market for more than five years after graduation.

The project has tested the effectiveness of an innovative tool based on gamification and transmedia for the training of soft skills (TRANSWORK) compared to a traditional e-learning system configured with common elements in a MOOC to use, focused on the training of essential transversal skills for employment. The chosen competencies have been indicated by different studies as keys to employability, especially for the group of people with high disabilities:

INTRODUCTION

  • MODULE 1. SELF-KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL BRAND.

  • MODULE 2. CREATIVITY, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION, YOUR DIFFERENCE.

  • MODULE 3. ORGANIZATION AND EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT.

  • MODULE 4. TEAM WORK.

  • MODULE 5. CONFLICT AND NEGOTIATION MANAGEMENT.

In the same way, ICT digital skills have been promoted, in a transversal way, as an essential element for employability.

ADDRESSED TO:

The project is aimed at university graduates with high disabilities and with more than five years without a job after graduation, primarily.

OBJECTIVES:

• Comparative analysis of training experiences in education of adults with disabilities based on gamified systems and transmedia materials and study of the deficiencies in transversal and digital skills of university graduates with disabilities without long-term access to the labor market (five years or more). . .

• Design of a transmedia gamified training tool capable of working on transversal skills that are difficult to reach by current e-learning methods and comparison of training results against the methodology based on standard MOOC systems.

• Assessment of the effectiveness of transversal competences to increase the labor insertion of university graduates with high disabilities.

Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of the training results for the labor insertion of the group formed by both systems.

The efficacy of the innovative method proposed LABOTRANS has been tested and these are the results of the COMPARATIVE REPORT in this group at high risk of exclusion:
